Terms of Service
Last updated: July 12, 2026. These terms govern access to and use of Queuebeam.
Service description
Queuebeam provides durable outbound operations for Laravel applications, including HTTP, webhooks, callbacks, transactional email and Slack delivery with retries, scheduling, quota controls, dashboards and failure diagnostics.
Accounts and verification
Tenants may access the dashboard before email verification to configure the product. API usage remains blocked until the account email address is verified. Users are responsible for keeping credentials and API keys secure.
Acceptable use
Queuebeam is for transactional and operational delivery. Tenants must not use it for spam, unlawful content, credential theft, abusive scanning, malware delivery, unsolicited campaigns or attempts to bypass network restrictions.
BYO providers
When using tenant-provided email or webhook providers, the tenant remains responsible for provider accounts, permissions, sender reputation, rate limits and compliance with provider terms.
Availability and retries
Queuebeam persists accepted operations and attempts delivery asynchronously. A 202 Accepted response means the operation was accepted for processing, not that the remote destination has completed the action.
